It’s time to sleep because even after a swim in the FREEZING Guadalupe River and a COLD bath at home I’m just now feeling normal again… It’s obvious that I got some sun and I don’t do well in this crazy TX heat… which means that running a couple laps at full speed around a bmx track does not sit well with me.  I had second until I gave it up in the last turn to a good, clean move- I was too spent to defend and had nothing to be any further ahead!
